Beginning Numerology with Tobias Ware

By Tobias Ware – Numerologist and Psychic.

We begin a new set of Numerology articles with the beginner in mind. The techniques examined can be used with no requirement for years of experience and research, and yet are powerful enough to promote a long term interest in the influence of numbers on our lives.

The first system we inspect is called the BMRT system. It has a long history under different names; I most recently used the name BMPT in my last article in Spheres Issue 9. The changes are only in the names of the positions and not in their meanings.

The name of the method BMRT is taken from the names of the four positions: Basic; Method; Reasoning; and Transformation.

The first step is to write down a date of birth (DOB) in the format of d1d2 /m1m2 /y1y2y3y4

B = Basic number – your personality.

    Fadically add d1+d2. It represents what drives you, what motivates you. Although it is very powerful, it may not reveal its presence to others until they gain a more familiar understanding of you. It affects the manner in which you perceive and understand the world personally. Simplified meanings for the B number are:
  1. = pioneering, leading;
  2. = sharing, team-player;
  3. = communicating, creative;
  4. = rational, steadfast;
  5. = fighting, imaginative;
  6. = working, methodical;
  7. = teaching, knowledgeable;
  8. = planning, organised;
  9. = improving, dreaming

M = Method number – your development

    Fadically add m1+m2 to the B number. This is the method you use in your everyday actions; it is most obvious in your decision-making processes. This is the number that adjusts an option into an action. Simplified meanings for the M number are:
  1. = originality, observation;
  2. = emotions, caring;
  3. = fun, childlike;
  4. = logical, committed;
  5. = competitive, artistic;
  6. = effective, disciplined;
  7. = instructive, conversant;
  8. = developing, ordered;
  9. = enriching, ambitious

R = Reason/Planet number – your reasoning ability

    Fadically add y1+y2+y3+y4. The reason actions are taken can be expressed by the basic astrological meaning of the planets (which is why this method was formerly known as the BM P T system) although it is not the same as your astrological ruling planet. The reason number indicates why you react automatically in a certain manner. Simplified meanings for the R numbers are:
  1. = Sun - novel, important;
  2. = Venus - involvement, companionship;
  3. = Jupiter - interconnect, expand;
  4. = Moon - wise, unwavering;
  5. = Mercury - passage, inventive;
  6. = Mars - functional, argumentative;
  7. = Saturn - determined, informed;
  8. = Uranus - scheduling, structured;
  9. = Neptune - recovering, contemplation

T = Transformation / Theme number = your underlying theme in Life

    Fadically add M + R (or just fadically add all the numbers in your DOB together.) This is the main underlying focus in your life; it explains why you try certain techniques, routines, and procedure s over others. It affects everything we do, although it is sometimes very subtle. It is also how you change from one personal state to another, a mental state into a physical one, for example. How you transform from an angry mentality to a physical rage is one instance – as is its opposite: how you calm down. Simplified meanings for the T number are:
  1. = revolution, advantageous;
  2. = connection, participation;
  3. = conversing, inspiration;
  4. = realism, persistence;
  5. = aggression, stimulation;
  6. = exertion, precision;
  7. = philosophising, familiarization;
  8. = preparation, systematic;
  9. = revitalization, vision

This system should give you a fair grounding for working out who you are, what you do, and why you do it. My next article will cover partner compatibility using this system.
